## Description

**Physical Therapist – Boca Raton Outpatient Rehab Opportunity**

**What the Day Looks Like**

Your day will include evaluating patients, building care plans, providing hands-on treatment, progressing exercises, educating patients, and helping people return to daily movement with less pain and better function.

This role is based in a **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, FL** with a patient volume of **2 patients per hour**.

**Core Details**

**Salary:** $90,000–$110,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office  
**Clinic:** PT-owned  
**Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform evaluations and determine appropriate treatment goals
-   Treat orthopedic injuries, post-surgical cases, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations
-   Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities
-   Educate patients on recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention
-   Modify treatment based on patient response
-   Complete treatment notes and progress reports
-   Partner with PTAs to support patient outcomes

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
