**The Opportunity**

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in **Hallandale Beach, FL** is looking for a **Physical Therapist** to treat patients in a professional, well-organized clinic setting. The role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and return to daily life with improved strength and function.

This position offers flexibility, full benefits, and a patient schedule of **2 patients per hour**.

**What You’ll Do**

As the Physical Therapist, you will manage patient evaluations, create treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and guide each patient through their recovery process.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Treat orthopedic injuries, surgical cases, pain conditions, and movement limitations
-   Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehab
-   Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
-   Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed
-   Supervise PTA care when needed
-   Maintain timely documentation
-   Communicate with patients and care team members in a clear, professional manner

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PT License required
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Orthopedic outpatient interest preferred
-   Strong organizational and communication skills
