**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relational challenges, emotional stressors, communication concerns, and life transitions, and create treatment plans that support meaningful progress.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, relational, and psychosocial history
-   Develop treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns
-   Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, communication issues, anxiety, grief, family stress, parenting concerns, and major life changes
-   Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy
-   Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation
-   Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
-   Follow all state, federal, and HIPAA requirements for telehealth counseling

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
-   Active **Indiana LMFT license** in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
-   Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
-   Experience with EHR systems preferred
