**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity**

**Location:** Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth)  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Summary:**  
We are hiring a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to deliver therapeutic services remotely, assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their emotional well-being. This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment while making a tangible impact on the lives of clients through structured therapy and personalized support.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide telehealth therapy to clients with a range of psychological and emotional challenges.
-   Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
-   Record and track client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
-   Provide case management and resource referrals as necessary.
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

## Requirements

-   LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
-   At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
