**Physical Therapist | Modern Outpatient Clinic Opportunity**

**About the Clinic**

This outpatient orthopedic clinic in Greenwood, MO provides physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic serves patients from age 11 to 90, creating a varied caseload that includes different recovery stages, activity levels, and functional needs.

The team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed in WebPT. The clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, with individual patient volume averaging 7–15 patients per day.

**The Position**

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations, treatment plans, skilled interventions, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team. The role is designed for a clinician who wants to work in a professional outpatient setting with flexible schedule options and room for growth.

**Salary**

-   New Graduate Physical Therapist: **$65,000–$70,000 per year**
-   Experienced Physical Therapist: **$80,000–$90,000 per year**, based on years of experience

**Schedule Options**

The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules:

**Four 10-Hour Days Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
-   Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain concerns, strength deficits, and mobility needs
-   Create individualized plans of care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, balance work, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe progression
-   Monitor progress and make appropriate treatment plan updates
-   Complete timely documentation in WebPT
-   Partner with PTAs and other clinicians to support patient outcomes

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required
-   Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
-   Ability to work with patients across a wide age range and varied orthopedic needs
