**Job Summary**

This full-time telehealth role is designed for an Ohio-licensed LIMFT who is experienced in providing relationship- and family-focused therapy. You will work with clients seeking support for marital concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, emotional challenges, and adjustment-related issues.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
-   Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment goals
-   Help clients work through relational stress, conflict, parenting concerns, and communication issues
-   Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
-   Complete clinical notes, progress updates, and required documentation
-   Use evidence-based approaches within your clinical scope

## Requirements

-   Active Ohio LIMFT license required
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy
-   Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform
