**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** West Virginia  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring an LMFT to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families in West Virginia. You will work with clients who may be dealing with relationship problems, family stress, separation, parenting concerns, grief, or other changes at home. The role includes regular therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and follow-up with clients as needed.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth
-   Talk with clients about relationship and family concerns
-   Help clients work through conflict, communication issues, and major life changes
-   Complete required clinical notes and records
-   Follow up on concerns discussed during therapy
-   Refer clients to other services when appropriate
-   Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
-   Follow West Virginia LMFT licensing requirements

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Active LMFT license in West Virginia
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Strong clinical and documentation skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
