This is a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in **Fort Lauderdale, Florida** with a strong focus on practical, patient-centered rehabilitation. The clinic keeps patient volume manageable at **2 patients per hour**, giving clinicians time to provide quality care and build strong treatment plans.

**About the Position**

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, provide orthopedic treatment, guide recovery plans, and help patients improve movement, strength, and everyday function. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outpatient care and wants flexibility in their weekly schedule.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate new patients and create individualized treatment plans
-   Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain, and mobility limitations
-   Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance work, and functional training
-   Educate patients on recovery goals and home exercise programs
-   Measure progress and update plans as needed
-   Document patient care accurately
-   Communicate with PTAs, staff, and referring providers when appropriate

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
