**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position serving clients in South Dakota. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who wants to provide consistent virtual therapy while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You will support clients with relationship patterns, family conflict, emotional stress, and personal challenges through evidence-informed care and clear clinical planning.

-   **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions during weekday business hours
-   Work with clients facing relationship issues, communication breakdowns, family stress, and major life changes
-   Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
-   Build and maintain individualized treatment plans
-   Document sessions, client progress, and treatment updates in a timely manner
-   Follow telehealth, HIPAA, and professional practice standards
-   Communicate clearly with clients about goals, expectations, and next steps in care

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
-   Active LMFT license in South Dakota
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
-   Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
