**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

This full-time LMFT position offers the opportunity to provide therapy from a remote setting while supporting clients with real-life concerns that affect their relationships, homes, and day-to-day functioning. You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and provide steady clinical support for individuals, couples, and families.

**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct remote therapy sessions for clients using an approved telehealth system
-   Provide treatment for couples, families, and individuals facing emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns
-   Create, review, and update treatment plans
-   Document sessions, progress notes, assessments, and care updates in a timely manner
-   Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to each client’s needs
-   Assess risk, respond to safety concerns, and follow required clinical protocols
-   Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
-   Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
