**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Job Summary**

This full-time remote position is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is ready to provide therapy in a telehealth setting. The role focuses on meeting with clients virtually, understanding their concerns, creating thoughtful care plans, and helping them make steady progress. You will work with clients from a private remote workspace while maintaining the same clinical standards expected in a traditional therapy setting.

**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients for remote therapy appointments
-   Provide clinical support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and relationship challenges
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
-   Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
-   Maintain organized and timely documentation
-   Monitor client safety and follow appropriate reporting or escalation procedures
-   Use telehealth systems, online documentation tools, and secure communication platforms
-   Uphold state licensing requirements, confidentiality rules, and ethical standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active New York LCSW license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
