**Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Lehigh, FL  
**Position:** Physical Therapist  
**Salary:** $90,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 1–2 patients per hour

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient care setting in Lehigh, FL. In this role, you will work directly with patients to help improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support recovery through individualized treatment plans.

This position offers a manageable patient flow of 1–2 patients per hour, giving you time to provide focused care, track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, pain points, and mobility concerns
-   Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
-   Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based interventions
-   Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
-   Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, posture, and home care routines
-   Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge plans
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment

## Requirements

-   Active **Florida Physical Therapist License** required
-   **DPT Degree or MSPT Degree** required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to be considered
-   Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
-   Ability to manage treatment plans independently and professionally
