**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time**

**Location:** Iowa  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**What the Workday Looks Like**

You’ll spend most of your day in scheduled video appointments with individuals, couples, and families. Sessions may focus on relationship difficulties, family conflict, communication problems, emotional stress, or significant changes in a client’s life.

Between appointments, you’ll have time to complete clinical notes, review cases, and prepare for upcoming sessions. You’ll manage your own caseload and have access to clinical consultation when a situation calls for another perspective.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct intake evaluations and gather relevant client history
-   Determine appropriate treatment goals and clinical direction
-   Select therapeutic approaches within your scope of practice
-   Complete assessments, progress notes, and treatment records
-   Review cases and update treatment plans when clinically indicated
-   Make referrals or coordinate additional services when appropriate
-   Participate in clinical consultation and team communication as needed
-   Maintain confidentiality and comply with Iowa licensing requirements

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Active Iowa LMFT license
-   Experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
-   Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
