**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)**

**Location:** Rhode Island (Remote/Telehealth)  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Summary**

We are recruiting an independently licensed clinician for a remote telehealth role in Rhode Island. This position is ideal for a therapist who prefers structured outpatient work: scheduled sessions, clear documentation, measurable care planning, and professional standards that support consistent client care. Eligible licenses include **LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide telehealth therapy sessions using a secure virtual platform
-   Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for assigned clients
-   Document progress notes and clinical updates according to required timelines
-   Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards
-   Use evidence-informed interventions aligned with client needs
-   Conduct risk screenings and follow safety procedures when required

## Requirements

-   Active Rhode Island independent license (**LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC**) in good standing
-   Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field
-   Experience providing outpatient therapy services
-   Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication
-   Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
