**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Job Summary**

This remote position is open to Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are licensed in Utah and interested in providing therapy through a secure telehealth model. The role centers on helping clients understand their concerns, build practical coping strategies, and make progress toward treatment goals.

You will manage a clinical caseload, provide virtual therapy sessions, and maintain documentation in line with professional and legal standards.

-   Position Type: Full-Time
-   Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
-   Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history
-   Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
-   Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions
-   Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements
-   Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah
-   Previous clinical therapy experience required
-   Experience providing telehealth services preferred
-   Strong documentation and time management skills
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
