**Seeking Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Pompano Beach, FL  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 1 patient per hour  
**Salary:** $80,000 to $100,000 yearly DOE plus full benefits

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role. You’ll help patients recover from injuries, improve strength, and build better movement patterns through personalized care. This is a steady position with a manageable pace and clear expectations day to day.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assess patient needs and establish treatment goals
-   Develop and carry out therapy programs
-   Provide hands-on treatment and guided exercise sessions
-   Monitor patient response and update care plans
-   Educate patients on long-term recovery strategies
-   Maintain clear and complete documentation

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
-   Active Florida Physical Therapist license
-   Strong communication and clinical skills
-   Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
-   Experience preferred but not required
