**The Opportunity**

We are recruiting for a **Physical Therapist** to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Belton. This role is ideal for a PT who wants to work with a steady caseload, provide meaningful patient care, and continue growing in a professional clinical setting.

The primary caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Patients range from **11 to 90 years old**, creating variety in treatment planning, recovery goals, and functional needs.

**Role Snapshot**

-   Full-time Physical Therapist position
-   Salary based on experience
-   New graduates encouraged to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic setting
-   7–15 patients per day
-   Approximately 160–190 clinic visits per week
-   WebPT EMR system
-   Team includes 2 PTs and 2 PTAs

**Schedule Preferences**

The clinic strongly prefers one of these schedule options:

**Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off weekly

**Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Patient Care Responsibilities**

-   Complete evaluations for new patients
-   Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
-   Build treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, mobility issues, weakness, and post-surgical needs
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement training, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercises and safe ways to support recovery
-   Adjust treatment plans based on progress and clinical response
-   Document care accurately in WebPT
-   Collaborate with PTAs and team members to maintain quality patient care

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
-   Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels
