**The Opportunity**

This outpatient physical therapy office is looking for a Physical Therapist Director who can be both a strong clinician and a steady leader. The right person will be involved in patient care, team guidance, documentation oversight, and the daily details that keep a clinic running smoothly.

This role is a good fit for a PT who wants more responsibility without stepping away from meaningful patient interaction.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

-   Patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
-   Hands-on treatment for patients with pain, injury, weakness, and mobility needs
-   Clinical support for therapists and care team members
-   Review of documentation, plans of care, and progress updates
-   Daily clinic workflow, care coordination, and patient flow
-   Communication with physicians, referral partners, and families

## Requirements

-   Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Outpatient physical therapy experience required
-   Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
-   Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
-   Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers
