**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Physical Therapist** to provide care in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients ages **11 to 90**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient-facing work, structured treatment planning, and helping people move with better strength, comfort, and function.

You will treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns while working with a steady caseload and a clinical team that includes Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.

**At-a-Glance Details**

-   Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
-   Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits
-   Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs

-   Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

**Preferred Work Schedule**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
-   Build treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
-   Support patients with injury recovery, post-surgical needs, pain concerns, weakness, and movement limitations
-   Educate patients on home programs and safe activity changes
-   Monitor progress and make updates to care plans when appropriate
-   Complete documentation through WebPT
-   Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support treatment continuity

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
-   Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
-   Ability to work with patients across different ages and physical needs
