**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Connecticut  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Role Purpose**

The LCSW will work with individuals and families who are dealing with emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. The role involves providing therapy, reviewing the factors affecting each client’s situation, and helping determine the most appropriate course of care. You will also be responsible for maintaining clinical records, protecting client confidentiality, and coordinating additional support when a case requires services beyond therapy.

**Core Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth
-   Complete psychosocial assessments and review relevant client history
-   Identify concerns that may be affecting a client’s mental health or daily functioning
-   Establish treatment goals and update them as care continues
-   Maintain clear and complete clinical documentation
-   Protect client privacy and confidentiality
-   Follow Connecticut licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

## Requirements

-   LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
-   At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
