**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**

We are seeking a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** for a full-time **telehealth position** supporting clients in Arizona.

As an LMFT in this role, you will help clients navigate relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional struggles, and personal stressors through scheduled virtual sessions. The day-to-day work includes assessment, treatment planning, direct therapy, and progress monitoring. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want a steady weekday schedule and a fully remote setup without losing the clinical depth of their work.

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
-   Assess mental health, behavioral, and relational concerns
-   Create and update individualized treatment plans
-   Document session notes and clinical records in a timely manner
-   Guide clients through conflict resolution and behavior change strategies
-   Track treatment outcomes and adjust care as needed

## Requirements

-   Active LMFT license in Arizona
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
-   Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
-   Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
