**Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Sarasota, FL  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $80K to $110K annually DOE plus full benefits  
**Patient Volume:** 1 patient per hour

**Job Summary**  
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice in Sarasota. This role is ideal for someone who wants to provide thorough care without a high-volume schedule. You’ll work with patients on movement, strength, pain management, and return-to-function goals while building treatment plans that fit their specific needs.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete patient evaluations and determine appropriate treatment direction
-   Develop care plans focused on function, mobility, strength, and recovery
-   Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions
-   Use exercise, manual therapy, and education to support patient progress
-   Reassess goals and adjust treatment based on measurable improvement
-   Work with the clinic team to support a positive patient experience

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
-   Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   Strong communication and treatment planning skills
-   New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
