**Office Assignment:** One office location only  
**Pay:** $50–$55 per hour

We are recruiting a **Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL** for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role focuses on treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical needs, joint pain, mobility issues, and strength deficits.

The Physical Therapist will create care plans, provide direct treatment, and guide patients through recovery using evidence-based outpatient therapy methods. This is a steady clinic-based role with flexible schedule options and a strong benefits package.

**Schedule Options:**

-   4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
-   Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
-   Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
-   Treat orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, and movement limitations
-   Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, and functional activities
-   Track patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
-   Provide patient education on home exercises and injury prevention
-   Complete timely and accurate documentation
-   Support an organized and professional outpatient clinic flow

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates
