**Maryland Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Full-Time Role**

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist** for a full-time remote position serving clients in Maryland. This role allows you to provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform while supporting clients with relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns, and life transitions.

The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, completing assessments, building treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping clients move toward healthier communication and stronger emotional stability. This position is a good fit for an LMFT who enjoys focused clinical work and wants the structure of a full-time role with a strong benefits package.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with Maryland clients through scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
-   Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals
-   Support clients with relational stress, emotional challenges, communication issues, and family concerns
-   Maintain detailed and timely progress notes
-   Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, referrals, or additional care needs
-   Follow Maryland licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and telehealth guidelines
-   Keep client information secure and confidential
-   Manage documentation, scheduling expectations, and caseload responsibilities professionally

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Active **LMFT license in Maryland** in good standing
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform
-   Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
-   Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
