**Connecticut LPC Telehealth Counselor | Full-Time Remote Mental Health Role**

**Job Summary**

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants to provide quality therapy services to Connecticut clients from a secure telehealth setting. You will support individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges while helping them make progress through consistent counseling and clear treatment planning.

The role is straightforward and clinically focused. You will lead therapy sessions, assess client needs, document care, and use your counseling experience to help clients better understand their challenges and develop practical next steps.

**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide online therapy to clients seeking mental health support
-   Conduct assessments and determine appropriate treatment focus
-   Help clients manage symptoms, improve coping strategies, and set achievable goals
-   Prepare treatment plans and update them as care progresses
-   Maintain complete and professional clinical records
-   Deliver care through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
-   Respond appropriately to clinical concerns, including safety or crisis-related issues
-   Stay consistent with documentation, scheduling, and client communication

## Requirements

-   Active Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor credential
-   Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or similar field
-   Independent clinical licensure required
-   Experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health counseling
-   Telehealth experience preferred
-   Comfortable using EHR systems and online clinical tools
-   Strong professional judgment and written communication skills
