This PT-owned orthopedic office is built around quality patient care. You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, pain, surgery, weakness, and mobility issues while helping them return to the activities that matter most.

**Position Overview**

-   **Office Type:** Orthopedic Outpatient
-   **Ownership:** PT-owned
-   **Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour
-   **Schedule:** Flexible — 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Pay:** $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate new patients and identify functional limitations
-   Build treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases
-   Provide evidence-informed therapy services
-   Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance work, and functional training
-   Guide patients through recovery goals and home programs
-   Reassess progress and update care plans as needed
-   Complete daily notes and progress reports
-   Support a team-based clinical environment

## Requirements

-   Florida Physical Therapist License required
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   Open to new graduates
-   Strong interest in orthopedic outpatient therapy
-   Comfortable managing a steady clinical caseload
