**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Location:** Colorado  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Colorado-licensed LPC for a full-time remote counseling role. You will meet with clients throughout the week, talk through the concerns bringing them to therapy, and provide ongoing support based on their individual needs. The position is focused on direct client care, with regular daytime hours and a consistent schedule.

**Responsibilities**

-   Hold scheduled counseling sessions by video
-   Complete initial assessments with new clients
-   Discuss concerns, goals, and next steps with clients
-   Provide counseling based on the issues being addressed in therapy
-   Keep session notes and client records current
-   Check in on progress and make changes when needed
-   Refer clients for additional services when appropriate
-   Follow Colorado licensing and telehealth requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Colorado LPC license
-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
-   Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms
-   Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
