**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Hawaii  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year

**About the Position**

This remote role is for an LCSW licensed in Hawaii who will work with adult clients through virtual appointments. You’ll support people dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and other issues that may be affecting their personal or social lives. The role also gives you room to look at the broader circumstances surrounding each client, not just the symptoms they bring into therapy.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
-   Review new client concerns, history, and current circumstances
-   Address emotional and behavioral concerns within your scope of practice
-   Consider social, family, or environmental factors that may be affecting the client
-   Keep session notes and required records current
-   Coordinate with other services when a client’s needs extend beyond therapy
-   Respond appropriately to safety or risk concerns
-   Maintain confidentiality and follow Hawaii LCSW professional requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Hawaii LMHC, LMFT or LCSW license
-   Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
-   Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
