**Position Overview**

A Woodstock, VA outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a **Director of Physical Therapy** for a full-time leadership position. The role offers **$90,000-$120,000 per year** and follows a steady **Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM** schedule.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Direct outpatient physical therapy services within the clinic
-   Evaluate patients and identify functional goals
-   Create treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnosis, and progress
-   Provide therapy for orthopedic, post-operative, balance, pain, and mobility concerns
-   Supervise clinical staff and support daily patient care decisions
-   Review progress notes, care plans, and discharge documentation

## Requirements

-   Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Outpatient physical therapy experience required
-   Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
-   Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
-   Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers
