**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Job Summary**  
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver therapy services in a fully remote setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, evaluating mental health needs, setting treatment goals, documenting sessions, and supporting long-term progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on counseling, client outcomes, and consistent care delivery in a telehealth environment.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns
-   Perform intake assessments and establish clinical goals
-   Create individualized treatment strategies and revise them as needed
-   Keep clear, organized, and compliant progress notes
-   Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavior change
-   Recognize crisis situations and respond according to protocol
-   Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal standards

## Requirements

-   Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
-   Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
-   Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
