**Licensed Mental Health Counselor**

**Location:** Lafayette, IN  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth

**Position Overview**

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapy to clients across Indiana. You will work with clients through scheduled video appointments, complete clinical evaluations, and provide ongoing counseling based on the concerns discussed in treatment. The position also includes maintaining clear records, participating in team consultation, and offering clinical input to support staff when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct intake and follow-up counseling sessions by video
-   Complete diagnostic evaluations and document clinical findings
-   Establish clear goals for therapy with each client
-   Provide appropriate counseling throughout the course of care
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
-   Participate in virtual case discussions and clinical meetings
-   Provide clinical guidance to support staff when appropriate
-   Maintain confidentiality and follow Indiana licensing and professional standards

## Requirements

-   Active Indiana license: **LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT**
-   Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
-   Experience providing therapy to adults and/or teens
-   Strong organizational skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
