**Seeking a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**

**Position:** Full-Time | **Location:** North Carolina (Remote) | **Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a full-time **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist** to join our remote team. As an LMFT with us, you’ll have the opportunity to help families and individuals overcome life’s toughest moments while enjoying a flexible, fulfilling role.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide individual and family therapy services via telehealth.
-   Create tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
-   Use a solution-focused approach to therapy.
-   Document and update client progress regularly.
-   Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
-   Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
-   2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
-   Strong communication and time-management skills.
