**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Full-Time Position**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Vermont-licensed LMFT for a full-time telehealth position. In this role, you will provide therapy to clients working through relationship issues, family stress, emotional concerns, communication challenges, and personal life changes.

**Location:** Vermont  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Treat individuals, couples, and families using a relational approach
-   Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
-   Help clients address anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, and family transitions
-   Maintain client privacy through secure technology
-   Monitor risk and provide appropriate support or referrals
-   Stay aligned with LMFT practice and telehealth standards

## Requirements

-   Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing
-   Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
-   Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
