**Physical Therapist | Outpatient Rehab for Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Care**

**Location:** Pleasant Valley, Missouri

**Position Overview**

A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pleasant Valley is looking for a **Physical Therapist** to support patients with orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, mobility concerns, weakness, and post-surgical recovery needs.

This role is hands-on and patient-facing. You will evaluate patients, create care plans, guide treatment sessions, provide education, and track progress throughout the plan of care. The clinic works with patients from **11 to 90 years old**, giving you a broad range of treatment goals and clinical presentations.

**The Clinic Environment**

You will be part of a clinical team that includes:

-   2 Physical Therapists
-   2 Physical Therapist Assistants

The clinic uses:

-   WebPT for EMR documentation

The clinic manages:

-   7–15 patients per day
-   Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week

**Schedule Preferences**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform initial evaluations and reassessments
-   Identify physical limitations, pain patterns, strength deficits, and mobility needs
-   Develop individualized plans of care
-   Provide therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, and functional activities
-   Teach patients home exercises and movement strategies
-   Monitor progress and revise treatment plans as needed
-   Document patient care accurately in WebPT
-   Coordinate with PTAs and other clinical team members

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
-   Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
-   Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
