**Job Summary:**  
We’re seeking an LMFT to provide virtual therapy services to clients seeking help with relationship patterns, family conflict, communication issues, and emotional stress. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who values structured care, clear documentation, and practical support that helps clients make progress over time.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide remote therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Support clients with relational, emotional, and family-based concerns
-   Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
-   Complete documentation, progress notes, and required clinical records
-   Evaluate client needs and adjust clinical interventions when needed

Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance standards

## Requirements

-   Active LMFT license in West Virginia
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
-   Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
