**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Missouri  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling services to clients across Missouri. In this role, you will help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges through structured clinical care, thoughtful treatment planning, and consistent follow-up. This position is a strong fit for an LPC who wants a predictable weekday schedule while continuing to make a real impact in clients’ day-to-day lives.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
-   Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, and related concerns
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-   Document sessions, progress, and care updates accurately

## Requirements

-   Active Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor license in good standing
-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
-   Experience providing therapy or counseling services
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
