## Description

**Physical Therapist – New Grads Welcome in Outpatient Orthopedics**

A **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Hallandale Beach, FL** is hiring a Physical Therapist and welcoming both experienced clinicians and new graduates. This is a strong setting for a PT who wants orthopedic experience, a supportive pace, and time to develop strong patient relationships.

The clinic sees **2 patients per hour**, allowing you to treat with focus instead of rushing between patients.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments
-   Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases
-   Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, mobility work, and functional training
-   Help patients understand their goals and home programs
-   Track progress and adjust treatment plans
-   Document care accurately
-   Communicate with PTAs and clinic team members

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
