**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an independently licensed mental health therapist to join a remote outpatient practice serving clients throughout Rhode Island. This role offers a structured clinical environment for a therapist who values consistency, professional autonomy, and high standards of care. The position is open to clinicians licensed as an **LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC** and is well suited for professionals experienced in providing ongoing behavioral health support in an outpatient setting.

**Clinical Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete intake evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on presenting concerns and client goals
-   Apply evidence-informed interventions appropriate to each client’s clinical needs
-   Monitor treatment progress and update care plans when indicated
-   Complete progress notes and other required documentation within established timeframes
-   Conduct risk assessments and follow applicable safety protocols when necessary
-   Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Rhode Island licensure requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies

## Requirements

-   Active Rhode Island independent license (**LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC**) in good standing
-   Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field
-   Experience providing outpatient therapy services
-   Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication
-   Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
