**Physical Therapist Assistant**

**Location:** Boynton Beach, FL  
**Position:** Physical Therapist Assistant  
**Work Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office  
**Office Assignment:** One office location only  
**Pay:** $30–$36 per hour

We are hiring a **Physical Therapist Assistant in Boynton Beach, FL** for a single-location orthopedic outpatient clinic. This position focuses on helping patients complete therapy programs that improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and day-to-day function.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and assist patients with treatment sessions that support recovery from injury, surgery, pain, or movement limitations.

**Schedule Options:**

-   Four 10-hour workdays
-   Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
-   Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide PTA treatment based on the PT’s plan of care
-   Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
-   Support mobility, balance, strengthening, and range-of-motion programs
-   Track patient response and report updates to the supervising PT
-   Help patients understand exercise instructions and safe movement
-   Document daily treatment details
-   Support a smooth and positive outpatient therapy experience

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PTA License
-   Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
-   Comfortable working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
