A full-time **Physical Therapist** position is open in Grain Valley, MO for a clinician ready to provide outpatient orthopedic care in a modern, organized clinic setting. **Location:** Grain Valley, MO  
**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Clinical Team:** 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants  
**Patient Age Range:** 11 to 90 years old  
**Daily Patient Volume:** 7–15 patients  
**Weekly Clinic Volume:** Approximately 160–190 visits

**Salary**

-   **$65,000–$70,000 per year** for new graduates
-   **$80,000–$90,000 per year** for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience

**Preferred Work Schedule Options**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Daily Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional activities
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and safe activity changes
-   Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
-   Complete accurate documentation using WebPT
-   Coordinate care with PTAs and fellow clinical team members
-   Support patients in improving independence, function, and return to daily routines

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
-   Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
-   Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range
