**North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker**

**Job Summary**

The **Licensed Clinical Social Worker** in this remote role will provide mental health therapy to clients across North Carolina through secure virtual appointments. Day-to-day clinical work includes new client intakes, individual therapy sessions, treatment plan reviews, progress documentation, and support for clients navigating stress, trauma, mood concerns, grief, and family-related challenges.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical therapy services through virtual appointments
-   Complete new client assessments and identify treatment priorities
-   Develop care plans based on client goals, symptoms, and clinical observations
-   Support clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family concerns, and adjustment issues
-   Keep organized records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and required updates
-   Review client progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate
-   Follow privacy, documentation, and telehealth compliance requirements
-   Respond appropriately to risk concerns and follow escalation procedures
-   Maintain professional communication with clients and support staff

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active and unrestricted **LCSW license in North Carolina**
-   Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
