About the role

The Product Marketing Lead will drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for GoTyme Bank’s lending products and services, with a focus on driving customer understanding, acquisition, adoption, and sustained product usage.

The role requires strong customer, market, and commercial understanding to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and effective go-to-market programs. As a Lead, the role is expected to independently drive initiatives end-to-end, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and lead execution across multiple teams and channels.

-   Develops and executes effective go-to-market programs for lending products that clearly communicate customer value propositions and drive acquisition, activation, adoption, and repeat usage.
-   Collaborates closely with Propositions, Data and Analytics, Brand, Sales, Performance Marketing, Risk, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and customer-centric launches.
-   Plans and manages lending product marketing initiatives through product marketing briefs, communication and channel strategies, budget management, implementation planning, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and effective execution.
-   Develops channel-specific communication and enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and marketing channels to support seamless implementation and customer adoption.
-   Conducts market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, industry trends, and actionable insights that strengthen lending product positioning and go-to-market effectiveness.
-   Leads the development of customer-centric messaging frameworks, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
-   Identifies opportunities to improve customer journeys, funnel performance, channel effectiveness, and product adoption through data, experimentation, and performance analysis.
-   Serves as the primary product marketing lead for assigned lending propositions by driving cross-functional alignment, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring strong execution against commercial goals.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ Management, or a related field is required
-   At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar roles
-   Experience in fintech, digital banking, lending, e-commerce, or other fast-paced industries is preferred
-   Experience managing go-to-market launches and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is highly preferred
-   Proficient in marketing strategy, planning and implementation
-   Proficient in project management and stakeholder managements
-   Excellent communication skills
