## Requirements

Across every role on this track — engineering, product, design, and data — we're looking for the same core profile:

-   A proven track record of shipping to production and scaling what you build post-launch — not just prototypes.
-   Experience in financial services, ideally with crypto or blockchain exposure — you've worked on regulated products, on-chain products, or both.
-   Deep technical fluency in your own discipline, with enough range to read an API spec, follow a system or data flow, and engage credibly with adjacent domains.
-   An AI-native way of working — you use AI tooling by default, have shipped with it, and have a point of view on how it changes your craft.
-   A "build like a founder" mindset: startup or scale-up experience, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased to ship.
-   A proactive, self-directed operator who brings ideas and solutions, not just execution against someone else's brief.
-   Comfort operating inside a regulated, multi-jurisdiction environment — working alongside compliance, risk, and regulators as a matter of course.

**Strong plus:**

-   Hands-on experience with digital-asset infrastructure: wallets, custody, blockchain/DLT, stablecoins, or crypto-native financial products such as staking and lending.
-   A track record at a licensed fintech, having shipped a regulated digital-asset or e-money product live to retail customers.
-   Experience as a founding hire on a new product or business line.
