You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the right talent, and deliver a high-quality hiring experience. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable using AI and technology to work smarter and improve hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes a practical, problem-solving approach to recruitment. ### Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding handover - Manage multiple hiring priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners - Use AI, automation, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes - Track and analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring decisions and processes - Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives ## Requirements **Must-Have** - 3+ years of experience in **in-house Talent Acquisition** within **product and technology companies**, specializing in **end-to-end IT recruitment** - Good understanding of **IT roles, technical skill sets, and the technology talent market**, including how to assess candidates against hiring needs - Strong **stakeholder management skills,** able to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and build trusted partnerships with hiring teams - **Excellent English communication skills**, comfortable discussing recruitment and technical topics with international stakeholders - **Logical, analytical, and practical mindset**, taking a hands-on approach to solving problems - **Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI** to improve sourcing, research, communication, and day-to-day work - **Highly adaptable and organized**, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Good **candidate assessment and relationship-building skills**, with a focus on hiring quality and candidate experience **Nice-to-Have** - Experience in banking or fintech - Experience managing high-volume recruitment - Experience working with international stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or service providers - Good negotiation skills, balancing candidate expectations with business needs - Experience using recruitment data, analytics, and technology to improve hiring processes ## Benefits At **GoTymeX,** opportunities are here for the taking.
