**About the Role**

Our client is an established international company operating in a **high-technology industrial environment**. As part of its continued growth and operational development, the organization is strengthening the leadership of one of its key manufacturing functions.

We are looking for an experienced **Industrial Operations Manager** to oversee production performance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement within a complex manufacturing environment. The role combines **people leadership, operational excellence, performance management, production planning, and structured problem solving**.

**CONTRACT:** Permanent

**LOCATIONS:** On-site, Switzerland

**NOTES:** Fluent French and professional working English are required. Working in shifts - day, night, weekend.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead day-to-day operations within a complex **high-technology manufacturing environment**.
-   Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
-   Coordinate production, technical, maintenance, and support teams to ensure operational continuity.
-   Manage production capacity, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
-   Coach team leaders and support the development of operational teams.
-   Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and internal operating standards.
-   Lead structured problem-solving and **root-cause analysis** for significant operational issues.
-   Identify production bottlenecks and implement efficiency and process improvements.
-   Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate follow-up of corrective actions.
-   Lead cross-functional continuous-improvement and operational-development projects.

## Requirements

-   Engineering degree or equivalent higher technical education.
-   At least **5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations management**.
-   At least **3 years of experience in a high-precision, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or comparable industrial environment**.
-   Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and complex production flows.
-   Experience managing production KPIs, operational performance, and improvement initiatives.
-   Experience leading production teams and developing frontline managers or team leaders.
-   Fluent **French** and professional working proficiency in **English**.
-   Experience with industrial maintenance, production reliability, or similar technical operations is an advantage.
