**About the Role**

We are looking for experienced **mental health professionals specializing in trauma and abuse among children and adolescents** to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on sensitive mental-health scenarios.

The role involves reviewing case-based content, assessing AI-generated guidance, and contributing expert feedback to ensure responses are **clinically accurate, trauma-informed, ethical, and appropriate for vulnerable young people**. No prior AI experience is required.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor

**LOCATIONS:** Remote - GLOBAL

**NOTES:** Candidates should have advanced clinical credentials and substantial experience working directly with young survivors of abuse.

Responsibilities

-   Review case-based scenarios involving **child and adolescent abuse and trauma**.
-   Evaluate AI-generated mental-health guidance for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
-   Identify gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically weak recommendations.
-   Apply **trauma-informed care principles** to content and evaluation tasks.
-   Contribute to best-practice guidance for supporting young abuse survivors.
-   Review content for ethical and safeguarding considerations.
-   Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and model outputs.
-   Participate in iterative quality reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
-   Document recommendations clearly and consistently.

## Requirements

-   Completed **MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work**.
-   Extensive clinical experience working with **children or adolescents who are victims of abuse**.
-   Strong expertise in **trauma-informed care and interventions**.
-   Current or recent clinical engagement with vulnerable youth.
-   Strong clinical judgment in complex trauma and abuse-related cases.
-   Ability to evaluate mental-health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness.
-   Strong written communication skills.
-   Strong commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics.
