**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Illustrator / Graphic Artist** with strong artistic fundamentals and the ability to work confidently across **cartoon, comic, manga/anime, pop art, sticker, sketching, and character-driven styles**. The role combines creative asset production with structured documentation and iterative quality review.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor assignment, 12 weeks

**COMMITMENT:** Paid per completed task (1 task ~ 20-30 min)

**LOCATIONS:** Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil ,Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam

**PROCESS:** Portfolio Review

**NOTES:** Start date: 31 August. Compensation is **$3.5 per task**, with average handling time of **20–30 minutes** and estimated earning potential of approximately **$7/hour**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Create high-quality **digital illustrations and visual assets** from detailed creative briefs.
-   Develop character-driven and graphic visuals across multiple artistic styles.
-   Produce work in styles including **cartoon, comic, manga/anime, pop art, sticker art, and sketching**.
-   Create multiple asset variations while maintaining strong stylistic consistency.
-   Apply strong composition, color, line work, lighting, texture, and visual-balance principles.
-   Adapt and replicate visual styles accurately across different briefs.
-   Document artistic prompts, workflows, and asset metadata in a clear and structured format.
-   Incorporate review feedback and refine artwork efficiently.
-   Maintain consistent quality and visual standards across deliverables.

## Requirements

-   Professional experience as a **Cartoonist, Illustrator, Visual Artist, Graphic Designer**, or similar creative professional.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating **multi-style digital illustration and asset creation**.
-   Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, line work, textures, and visual balance.
-   Advanced proficiency with **Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop**.
-   Proven ability to work across multiple styles, including cartoon/comic, manga/anime, pop art, sticker art, and sketching.
-   Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple related assets and variations.
-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-   Strong written English for workflow documentation and structured project communication.
