**Role Overview**

Our client is a global technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead with deep expertise in **Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)**, **Integrated Risk Management (IRM)**, and **Security Operations (SecOps)**. In this role, you will lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful delivery of risk, compliance, and security capabilities while guiding development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead the **technical design** and architecture of enterprise **ServiceNow GRC** solutions
-   Define and oversee **Entity Mapping** and data model design to support successful IRM implementations
-   Configure and implement **GRC**, **IRM**, **SecOps**, **Business Continuity Management (BCM)**, and **Third-Party Risk Management** modules
-   Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate governance and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
-   Ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
-   Support integrations with enterprise security and IT systems
-   Drive technical governance, code quality, and solution documentation
-   Mentor developers and perform technical reviews
-   Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities

## Requirements

-   7+ years of experience implementing **ServiceNow** solutions
-   Strong hands-on experience with **GRC**, **IRM**, and **Security Operations (SecOps)**
-   Experience implementing **Business Continuity Management (BCM)** and **Third-Party Risk Management**
-   Experience leading **ServiceNow solution architecture** and technical delivery
-   Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security processes
-   Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow platform configuration, and integrations
-   Good understanding of **ITIL** and Agile delivery methodologies
-   Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership experience

### Preferred Qualifications

-   ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC, IRM, SecOps, or related modules
-   Experience with Privacy Management implementations
-   Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation projects
-   Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security, identity, and monitoring platforms
