**Role Overview**

We are looking for experienced **healthcare operations professionals** with hands-on knowledge of **EHR systems, clinical documentation, billing, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare workflows**. The role involves completing structured tasks within healthcare applications and evaluating whether AI-generated actions and outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how these systems are used in practice. **No prior AI experience is required.**

**CONTRACT:** Contractor assignment

**COMMITMENT:** Subject to minimum weekly task submissions

**LOCATIONS:** Remote, GLOBAL

**HOURLY RATE:** $50-$200/h

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows.
-   Work with platforms such as **Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline**.
-   Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism.
-   Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows.
-   Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions.
-   Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines.
-   Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage.
-   Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed.
-   Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations.

## Requirements

-   At least **2 years of hands-on experience** in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role.
-   Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as **Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds**.
-   Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation.
-   Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic.
-   Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.
-   English proficiency at **B2 level or above**.
