**Role Overview**

We are looking for experienced **Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering** professionals with strong expertise in **CAD modeling**, **simulation workflows**, and **engineering analysis** to contribute to an advanced aerospace-focused AI and engineering project. This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience working on complex aerospace systems, simulations, and design optimization initiatives within high-performance engineering environments.

You will work on aerospace design and simulation tasks involving industry-standard engineering tools, helping evaluate and support sophisticated engineering workflows. Candidates with backgrounds in globally recognized aerospace and engineering organizations are strongly preferred.

**CONTRACT:** Contractor assignment (8 weeks)

**COMMITMENT:** Part-time (20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week) with minimum 4h PST overlap

**LOCATION:** Remote — India, Mexico, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt

**PROCESS:** Delivery Review → Short Interview → Offline Assessment

**NOTES:** Strong communication skills are required. Candidates currently working with leading aerospace/engineering companies are highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and refine CAD models for aerospace-related engineering projects
-   Perform simulations and engineering analysis using industry-standard tools
-   Translate engineering requirements into simulation workflows and technical models
-   Validate and optimize designs based on simulation outcomes
-   Work with aerospace and mechanical engineering datasets and specifications
-   Collaborate with cross-functional engineering stakeholders
-   Document methodologies, assumptions, processes, and results
-   Support evaluation and improvement of engineering workflows and outputs
-   Contribute to technically rigorous aerospace design initiatives

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
-   8+ years of experience in CAD engineering and simulation-focused environments
-   Strong aerospace or mechanical engineering fundamentals
-   Hands-on experience with aerospace modeling, simulation, or design projects
-   Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or MATLAB
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills
